At J&K Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchases. If you are not happy with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your J&K Shop account, select your order history, and click the 'Start Return' button to receive your unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and labels remain intact for hygiene purposes.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
